  I am not a big fan of chain restaurants, but the Longhorn steakhouse is an exception. The one in Bluffton is always great. Fantastic food, good service and very clean. We frequent this location often. Highly recommend.

  I don't even think our experience deserves a star, literally the worst service I've ever received!
  From coming into the front door, to the food, and the slowest servers ever.
  We did a call ahead in advance for 12 of us, and when we get there the hostages informs of us that they gave away our table. Then proceeded to tell us that we would have to wait an hour and a half for another table! And I clearly know what a call ahead is, so no need to explain!! Told us that we could squeeze into a 10 top round table, like seriously??
  By this time we're starving and ready to go to olive garden and we decided we would take what we could even though we we're completely inconvenienced...Once we sat down it took us almost 30 minutes to get drinks, and then a few people weren't brought drinks that they ordered! Took forever to order our food after that and we didn't even order appetizers! ridiculous!!! Most of our food was burnt, and a manager never came out! Then accused us of someone not paying when everyone payed!!!

  This is what the menu described:
  
  Fire-grilled swordfish served over a bed of white beans, kale & sausage, finished with an herb butter sauce. Served with choice of hand-chopped salad.
  
  I received a salad, a piece of sword fish, and an over abundance of French fries. The butter sauce might also have been in there.
  
  My wife asked to take the rest of her steak salad to go. The waitress said she would get a container. The waitress had a duh moment and threw the salad out.
  
  They also were out of blue moon beer and the waitress was not aware of this, when we ordered. Minor issue but it was the first indicator of what was to follow.
  
  If you want to take your significant other out for a relaxing, care free dinner with friends, you may want to seek another venue.
